Johanna Ferreira

Johanna Ferreira brings more than two decades of mortgage industry experience to her role as Producing Branch Manager of Premier Point Mortgage. Since entering the industry in 2005, she has worked across nearly every stage of the lending process, from processing and loan origination to sales management and branch leadership.
Her passion for homeownership is personal. Growing up, Johanna witnessed the challenges her immigrant parents faced navigating homeownership and the lasting impact those experiences had on her family. It shaped her belief that borrowers deserve more than a loan. They deserve education, transparency, communication, and someone willing to advocate for them.
Today, Johanna helps first time homebuyers, investors, self employed borrowers, and families with unique financial circumstances explore Conventional, FHA, VA, Non QM, renovation, and other financing solutions. She is especially passionate about helping borrowers overcome credit challenges, language barriers, and complex financial situations.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Johanna takes the time to understand each borrower’s story, look beyond the numbers, and help identify a path forward.
