Premier Point Mortgage will provide a Loan Estimate (LE) and Closing Disclosure (CD) per federal regulations. These documents outline:

  • Loan terms
  • Estimated closing costs

 

5. Mobile Communication and SMS Consent

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Premier Point Mortgage for business-related purposes.
