Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, builders, attorneys, and past clients to generate referrals
  • Guide clients through the full loan process: application, documentation, approval, and closing
  • Analyze and evaluate applicants’ financial situations to determine appropriate loan programs
  • Educate clients on available mortgage options (FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, Non-QM, etc.)
  • Ensure all loan files comply with regulatory, investor, and company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and timely communication with all parties involved in the transaction
  • Meet and exceed monthly loan production goals
  • Stay informed on industry trends, rates, and program guidelines
Qualifications
  • Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS required)
  • 1+ years of experience in mortgage origination or financial services preferred
  • Deep knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting, and loan process
  • Strong relationship-building, sales, and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy: Familiar with LOS platforms (e.g., Encompass, Calyx, LendingPad, etc.)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong ethical standards and compliance mindset
  • Bilingual is a plus!
